Sotech Asia was proudly appointed as the main contractor for Skhai’s latest development in Phuket, featuring a collection of eight stylish garden pool villas. Each villa has been crafted in line with Skhai’s signature smart, contemporary, and functional design concept.
The development includes a mix of 2- and 3-bedroom villas, each offering a beautifully landscaped garden and a private swimming pool. The villas range in built-up area from 125 to 228 square meters. All bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms and are finished with premium fittings and high-quality materials throughout.
Sotech Asia also undertook design enhancements during the construction phase, including revisions to the original roofing and drainage systems. Our in-house architectural and engineering team was responsible for producing all shop drawings and as-built documentation to ensure seamless execution and precise detailing.
Construction specifications included the installation of flat concrete roofs with high-performance waterproof membranes, and the use of Q-con bricks for both internal and external walls to provide superior insulation. Every villa is fully air-conditioned, delivering optimal comfort in Phuket’s tropical climate.
